Shopping at Kohls

Last night I went to Kohls after work and I got the best leather gloves, a wonderful jogging set which I will use a lounge wear, and some slippers cuz I lost one of mine. So I got 15% off the sale price and I got a $10 dollar coupon off my next purchase. I think I'm going back tomorrow, they are open until midnight. Earlier this week I got gas a a gas station in Parkesburg and I paid at the pump and when I was done the pump said "please see attendant" so I went inside and told the attendant that I paid at the pump and it didn't give me a receipt and is that why I need to see the attendant? and he said which pump and how much and he rang it up again and I asked several times if I would be double charged and he said no. Well I was double charged so I have to go back tomorrow and tell them that I got charged twice, hopefully I get my money back and I won't be getting my gas there ever again.

Much Better

Pika is feeling better. This morning he was back up on our bed so for him to get up there he must be better. Only 16 more days till Christmas.

Pika on pain killers

Hey all, this morning when I got up Pika was sitting on my pillow staring at me. I took him and Aptiva outside and when he was coming in he was crying out like he was in pain. Last year at the same time I took him to the vet for the same reason and she gave me some pain killers for him to take. I gave him one but he seems to be in pain. I held him for a while because he won't lay down or sit down. When I took him to the vet last year she told me to carry him up and down the stairs for 6 weeks.

Two days off before Christmas

Ok tomorrow is one of the two days I have off before Christmas. I don't feel like going shopping. I ordered one of John's presents tonight on-line. I still have to get my brother another gift. We still need to order the childrens gifts. I think I'm going to do all of my shopping on-line. I really don't feel like going into a retail store after spending 65 hours a week in one. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself tomorrow. I will probably knit cuz I need to finish this sweater before the baby comes. Now I must get my checkbook in order and pay bills.

Happy Birthday John. His brother is coming in from New Orleans this evening and his mom is cooking spagetti for his birthday dinner.

I just got an email from William Sonoma saying that Rachel Ray will be at the King of Prussia store on Saturday 12/6 at 12pm to sign her new Big Orange Book. You have to buy the book
from the King of Prussia William Sonoma and bring proof of purchase and she will personalize
the book for you, all other titles will only be signed. Of course I have to work. Maybe John and his brother will go get one for me.

relaxing day off

Well I got up this morning as John was leaving. I stripped the bed and washed the linens and cleaned the bathroom and did laundry and I've been knitting on the baby sweater for Baby McLean. Its a really cool pattern, it starts with the right sleeve and then you cast on more stitches and the sleeve folds and the cast on stiches make the bottom of the sweater and the shoulder is seamless. Pretty cool. Then I have to shape the neck. I think I'm going to make one for my nephew John's baby next if I can stand to do the same sweater twice, but it is so cool I think I might be able to.
